OUR GUARANTEE POLICY:
This policy applies to all items on Online Inventory Reduction Sale
 


Items on our online Inventory Reduction Sale are heavily discounted display models, out of box specials, limited quantity and/or discontinued items. Many have never been used or wired. Please refer to each item for specific classification/specifications.

Win Supply's Guarantee to you is that all of these items are in excellent working condition and great cosmetic condition. These items are non-returnable, however, there are some exceptions. If your item is defective or damaged in transit we will give you a return authorization and you will be entitled to a refund, store credit or exchange, once authorization is approved. For the return to be authorized you MUST follow the next guidelines:

IF DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Please inspect product at time of pick up / delivery. If damage is readily visible, please note it on bill of lading when signing for package and contact us immediately. In case of concealed damage, contact us within 48 hours of pick up/delivery so we can file a freight claim. Once carrier approves freight claim we will issue a return authorization and will process your refund or give you store credit if you want to buy another item.

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE: Please inspect and test your product immediately. In case of defect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery/ pick up of product. We will issue a return authorization. If item is in original box, please return in original box. We will inspect the item and issue refund immediately if defective (including shipping costs). Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and/or WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
